Little, leading strategy-focused projects for US and European government agencies. Deirdre began her career in the private sector, at Welt International, a niche consulting firm engaged in non-conventional means of financing international trade. She later expanded her private sector experience working in ADL’s Moscow office, leading post-privatization restructuring for large manufacturers in Russia and Ukraine, and organizational development efforts for several of the Eurasian oil and gas sector’s largest firms.
